About Joyce Edwards
Joyce (Joy) Edwards has been an advocate of healthy lifestyles all of her life. Although there have been
many hills and valleys in her life, she always keeps her eye on the prize – body and mind wellness.
Over the years, her fitness and health experience has evolved as she took her love for exercising and
eating healthy to the next level. She followed her passion and became a Certified Fitness Professional.
Working as a Fitness Orientation Instructor for a well-known gym in Philadelphia and constantly being
asked to design fitness programs for other women, she realized there was a need for someone with her
expertise. With that focus, Exercise with Joy was formed.
